Pick-up Policy

Pickup is available on WEDNESDAYS 11AM to 1PM or 5PM to 7PM.
Please text 815-341-7414 with your name your order number when you have arrived to the location on WEDNESDAYS 11AM to 1PM or 5PM to 7PM.

Reschedule Policy 

Please email us to reschedule any appointments within 24 hours without penalty. You will be able reschedule your appointment up to one time. Failure to show up to your rescheduled appointment will result in No Call, No Show which 100% non-refundable.

Refunds Policy

Products: All products are final. We do not accept returns or offer store credit.

Shipping Policy

Due to the impact of COVID-19, orders may experience shipping delays. Thank you for your patience and continued support.

Most orders received before 9:00 AM CST will ship next business day. Tracking information will be provided via email. Please allow 24- 48 hours for local pickups.

Orders are not processed or dispatched on Saturday or Sunday.
